is impossible to get on! I don't wanna use the thing b/c getting the cover on is such a nightmare. Just stand on a sturdy chair or whatever and get her done so she lasts. Pretty heater. The packaging was professional with no damages, the ease of assembly was unexpected. The navy blue finish is hi quality. I just ordered a second one.Nice quality- thank youOf all the Heatlamps I chose Red to match my patio decor. Assembly was pretty easy with screws, bolts, tool and instructions. I would say roughly 45mins-hour was needed. You will need a step ladder and Phillips head screwdriver as well as another wrench. Overall 9.5 (the small print in the manual prevents 10). Love my heater. I also purchased cover and a shield to direct the heat.Very suitable heater for me! It feels good quality-heavy zipper, with a strong mechanical feel, I even think this is a very handsome cover. Includes a windproof drawstring on the bottom zipper-a drawstring or elastic band can be used for windproof...Very cool, very sturdyWell set it up and first day it was outside it blew over even with a full LP tank now everything is all bent up. I also have the same type of heater that’s 5 yrs older never had a problem with blowing over. This product is made with thin cheap metal. I would never buy this product again in fact that once you have the product you can’t return unless it comes damage!!This thing is great, if you can manage to keep the stupid thing standing upright. We've strapped it down to furniture, used tiedowns with the house, tried weighing it down, and we have moderate winds that come through our backyard. This thing has no viable options to stay upright, and the stupid cover it came with acts like a kite.I feel bad because we received this as a gift, but we've spent more time trying to fix the bent reflector than actually heating our patio. This product would be way better if it actually had the option to add significant weight to the base, but product engineering seems to escape most people these days.Don't buy it if you get winds over 3 mph in your backyard. They should specify this is a cover. The description says heater on wheels. And no returns to boot
