=================== UPDATE 4/22/2022 ===============They reached out to me and sent me a replacement unit. A new unit did not have any issues with the threaded inserts, so I was able to assemble them fine. Metal fabrication quality is the same as the first shipment. A good budget chair as long as you don't expect too much from it.===================================================It took me 12 days from the placement of the order to receive the item.I opened the package today and one of the chair's leg frames(left and right sides)of the threaded inserts are poorly manufactured, so I could not affix the screws. I'm not able to use one of the chairs due to this issue.I didn't expect the best quality chair set at this low price, but parts are very poorly made(many scratches on the parts and bad paint jobs) and threaded inserts cannot even take the screws(only one chair was possible to assemble). You've been warned, please purchase this chair at your own risk! I did not see a single customer review for this particular furniture, but I decided to give a try it anyway - Failed a big time.Also, the actual seating area dimension is 20" in width and 18" in depth. It is not 23.6" in width as false advertised - dimension including both sides legs would be 22.5"). I'm 5'9" with 190lbs, it fits me but is not roomy enough to seat comfortably.
