We’ve had the set since early 2022. The set itself is a decent size for the price. It’s a little low to the ground but I don’t mind that. Putting it together took a few hours. The problem is with the cushions - they are TERRIBLE! They aren’t made for outdoor weather. We have several sets of furniture with cushions and they dry so quickly. These cushions absorb so much water and takes days and days to dry. It’s so inconvenient. Also the cushions are so thin and they lose shape when you sit on them. We’re throwing the cushions out this year and we will just buy some new cushions from Walmart or Lowe’s. Cushions are so expensive so we could’ve just went with a more expensive higher quality set. Received within 2-3 days however was sent two of the same box (comes in 3 boxes total) therefore unable to assemble. On April 11th was told they would ship the missing box in 5-10 days. April 20th said they shipped and provided tracking. April 24 tracking still did not work for box and they said the box was lost in shipping. April 25 offered to replace whole product or refund. April 26 processed replacement order. Received replacement on April 28th.Finally got around to assembling last night which was fairly easy. It is a little smaller and lower to the ground than I’m used to but It’s still nice. You can see my fire pit barely fits in the middle. Would be nice to have an extra chair on the long side.Better looking in person… sturdy, comfortable. Would have rated 5 stars for assembly but a few of the holes did not match up. Overall extremely pleasedI researched these sectionals for weeks, didn’t want to spend $1,000 so I bought this one on Monday and received all 3 boxes WEDNESDAY thru fed ex!!!! Packing was excellent. Directions were easy, took 2 hrs to assemble. The screws are a pain but jus don’t tighten them all til the end and that helps majorly! It’s sturdy once put together and the cushions are a nice thickness. I bought new pillows for it because I didn’t like the orange. All in all I’d definitely recommend.I normally don't write reviews, but this was a huge disappointment. The set came in 3 boxes, one of which was totally crumpled - one of the main seat pieces was totally destroyed - how metal can get bent that way is beyond me. Then, 2 of the same piece was sent which made assembling the remaining pieces a huge challenge. I wish I would have purchased a set that was a little more expensive. Lesson learned.This set is so so pretty. We didn’t put the back cushions on because they blow away easily, but it did come with cushions for the back and also some matching throw pillows. I would suggest maybe adding something to hold the back pillows down, but other than this… wow!!!!!! It’s just what I was looking for. It also dries really really quick after it rains.Looks amazing for the price! Not the easiest thing I've assembled. A lot of the holes would not line up. Even stripped one of the bolts trying to make it match up. But for the money it's a good deal
