I’ve done many DIY setups and the directions could have used a bit more detail. However, with a little common sense and patience this is very doable. I read through the directions first and got a reasonable understanding of the process. Then I took inventory of all the different panel parts and bolt hardware. The nuts, washers, and bolts are bundled together which can present some difficulty associating the different pieces. I separated these into separate piles, placed them in plastic snack bags and labeled each one according to the inventory list in the directions. This is the key to minimize confusion, time/effort, and frustration. See my pics. Organization and setup for the first lounge chair was two hours. The second much less. Tip: Leave the bolts loose and hand tighten last (!). You’ll thank yourself later. The tools that are included especially the racket wrench is very useful. BTW…the side table is nice to have but doesn’t fold down. It’s a shin banger so I left it off the second chair and positioned both chairs so the table is in the middle. FYI, the table makes the chair covers a little awkward. Overall, good construction and economically priced. Hope this helps. Happy lounging!!Update 6.19.2021To remedy the table extension issue, I replaced the original bracket with a folding, self-locking, L-shaped bracket (Amazon). See photos. The table now folds down and out of the way when not in use. It’s no longer a shin-banger and the lounge chair cover fits perfectly! These are great chairs. Easy to assemble and extremely comfortable - look just like the pictures. Most importantly, this company provides great customer service and responded to questions/concerns I had within an hour or so.I am very happy with the pool chairs.. Thank you very muchEasy to assemble .. very comfortable .. looks great in our backyard resortJust as describedTrustworthy product and service.Very cheap and flimsy material. Came broken! The cushions have been sat on 5 or 6 times and they look 10 years old. Dingy and nasty. The turquoise fabric is incredibly cheap and thin. I paid more than this listed price for mine and regret it so much. Replacement cushions are incredibly expensive, wish I would’ve just bought cheap mesh loungers. Oh and the bracket holding the chair up snapped and I fell back hard (I’m 125 lbs)I’m sorry but I can’t find anything good to say about these.
