We were so upset when we found out we were missing the correct arm rest for one of the chairs. They sent 2 left arm pieces and no right one.. After a few emails and some down loaded pictures, they sent the correct arm rest about a week later. Best customer service ever! She even responded on the 4th of July. It's a beautiful set and couldn't be more pleased.
