After searching for the perfect furniture set for my roof deck, I purchased the 6 piece furniture set and could not be happier. I found this item to be easy to assemble and it looks great. I addressed many of the complaints that I've seen in other reviews and some of my own minor annoyances below. This set is identical to the Patio Festival brand furniture (the boxes it came in and directions say it is Patio Festival brand).Shipping:The 6 piece set comes in 3 large boxes. It actually is a combination of the 2 piece set (corner and ottoman) and two of the 2 piece sets (corner and chair). It was well packaged and I did not notice any damage. The three packages arrived on different days, which was a little annoying but I also purchased this in April 2020, so shipping wasn't exactly running smoothly as a result of COVID-19.Assembly:It was easy to put together, although I can understand some of the complaints that the instructions are not entirely clear and they didn't label any of the pieces. I have attached a marked up version to show how you can determine the differences between the pieces (comments in red with blue lines showing how to connect the pieces). Basically, you use the short screws with a washer for all of the chair pieces and the long screws with a washer and plastic washer to connect the seat part. If you have a right angle attachment for a drill (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NQS465R) and a bit that will fit the screws, you can fly through assembly. All 3 of the packages arrived on different days, so I didn't assemble them all at the same time, but I would estimate the first set took me about 30 minutes and the subsequent two sets took about 15 minutes each for a total assembly time of an hour. The set comes with plenty of extra screws and washers, which was great because I lost a few washers to the deck.Comfort:I find the cushions to be a little stiff but perfectly comfortable. I have napped on this set several times and have no complaints.Durability:The chairs are very sturdy and seem like they will last a long time. I doubt the cushions would last particularly long if you left them outside, so we keep ours in a closet until we need them. I have spilled a drink on them and the water ran off, but I am not expecting that to always be the case.Annoyances and Potential Solutions:- Chair pieces aren't attached: Some people didn't like that the pieces are free standing and don't stay connected. I purchased a set of heavy duty zip ties and attached all of the legs and seating parts together. The whole set is extremely sturdy. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07545HGR5- Cushions don't easily attach to the chair pieces: The cushions come with small Velcro loops to attach to the chair pieces. I found these hard to use so I purchased some Velcro to attach to the chair pieces (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00H3R9S1K) and a different set of Velcro that would attach to fabric (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00N0W89Z8). I'm not sure how well the fabric side will hold up since it wasn't sewn on, but it is working well so far. The bottom cushions don't move if you have the full 6 piece set but the back cushions will flip forward with a tiny amount of wind, so using the loops that come attached or another solution is helpful.Chairs not sitting level: I found that during assembly if you tighten the screws before you set it down on all four legs, it may not be level. I just left all of the screws a little loose until the whole thing was assembled and then tightened them while the chair was upright. Worked every time.
